Overview

This is a specialized program aimed to support small groups of students as part of your whole school health and wellbeing plan and Responsible Behaviour Plan for students.

The specific details are negotiated in partnership with each school however students are taught how to use a fishing line with learning how to cast. The program is a catch and release program with students learning about the fish as part of their local area.

Adult to student ratios need to be appropriate for the age and skill level of the students. Bunyaville provides the fishing rods, bait and safety gear. Please phone to discuss your particular needs.

Often it is the first time students have been fishing. The experience, the team work and the connecting to others while in a natural place is what is most valued by schools.
